My favorite aspect of medical play is the subtle, precise technique.  Urethral sounds are the epitome of exacting medical play.  My first experience with sounding was almost 7 years ago, under the guidance of a Medical Domme with whom I trained in New York.  As soon as the metal slipped within the tiny aperture of the urethra, I knew it was love.  There are few things that will make a sub maintain absolute bodily control like cold metal snaking inside of their most vital parts.  My medical submissives crave my rods and the deep, visceral submission that they produce.  The amount of trust necessary for sounding is incredible.  It is such a delicate art and when done well, it can bring the patient to extreme levels of ecstasy.  I love feeling the bulb of a rosebud sound passing down the shaft.
