I have been growing My exclusive Dungeon, Studio OVNI, into a truly incredible space. It now has three rooms, the Main Dungeon, the Satin Salon and the Medical Laboratory. I have deeply enjoyed growing and expanding, to the point where I now realize that in order to make this Dungeon the space that I envision, I require more certainty in its establishment. To dedicate the amount of work and investment I am willing to make into this project, I need to house it in a secure location.
This is where I invite you to collaborate with Me. I am seeking a business partner and co-investor to assist Me in the purchase of a house that will be suitable for My dungeon. Your assistance would be treated as an investment, allowing you to benefit immensely from the eventual sale of the property. I am looking to run My dungeon for another 5-10 years before retiring; the perfect amount of time for a good investment property to accrue value.
